Billing
All our packages are billed monthly. Your subscription begins on the date of purchase and will automatically renew every month on the same date unless cancelled.
Cancellation
All our plans are also month-to-month and you can cancel at any time through "manage my subscription" section or by contacting us directly. Once cancelled, you won’t be billed again.
Non-Refund Policy-(ONLY WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE)
We have a strict refund policy to ensure fairness and protect the time and resources we invest in every project.

Refunds are only available within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, we begin preparing and delivering the service, including time spent on research, planning, and content creation, which means we can no longer offer refunds.
We are fully committed to client satisfaction and include revisions (as outlined in your package) to make sure you’re happy with the final results.

Extra Information on Cancellation
If decide to cancel mid-month you’ll still retain full access to our services until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your subscription will end and you won’t be charged again.
Upgrade or Downgrade Plans
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will take effect on your next billing cycle unless otherwise discussed.
Accidental Payments
Because we clearly state our no-refund policy at checkout, we are unable to issue refunds for late cancellations or accidental renewals. Please make sure to cancel ahead of your renewal date if needed.
