Do you film or shoot the content in person?

No — our service is completely remote. We work with the photos you already have (from your team, your customers, or your socials), then transform them into high-quality, scroll-stopping visuals using advanced editing and enhancement tools.

Can we send you our own photos to enhance?

Yes! That’s the whole idea. You can send us existing photos (taken by staff, customers, or previous content) and we’ll polish them into professional-looking, branded visuals.

Do you handle the posting too?

Posting is included in our Premium and Standard Packages, where we fully manage your Instagram and Facebook schedule. For Starter plans, you’ll handle the posting, but we’ll give you everything you need, including caption support and guidance.

What are your Billing & Cancellations Policies?

Billing

All our packages are billed monthly. Your subscription begins on the date of purchase and will automatically renew every month on the same date unless cancelled.

Cancellation

All our plans are also month-to-month and you can cancel at any time through "manage my subscription" section or by contacting us directly. Once cancelled, you won’t be billed again.

Non-Refund Policy

We have a strict refund policy to ensure fairness and protect the time and resources we invest in every project.

  • Refunds are only available within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, we begin preparing and delivering the service, including time spent on research, planning, and content creation, which means we can no longer offer refunds.

We are fully committed to client satisfaction and include revisions (as outlined in your package) to make sure you’re happy with the final results.

If you have any concerns or questions before purchasing, we’re always happy to discuss details to ensure you feel confident moving forward.

Extra Information on Cancellation

If decide to cancel mid-month you’ll still retain full access to our services until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your subscription will end and you won’t be charged again.

Upgrade or Downgrade Plans

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will take effect on your next billing cycle unless otherwise discussed.

Accidental Payments

Because we clearly state our no-refund policy at checkout, we are unable to issue refunds unless purchased within the first 24 hours for late cancellations or accidental renewals. Please make sure to cancel ahead of your renewal date if needed.

Can we get visuals for specific events or menu launches?

Absolutely. Each month, we include visuals tailored to your seasonal offers, new dishes, or upcoming events — especially in the Standard and Premium plans.

Is the content safe to use? What about copyright?

✅ Yes — all visuals we deliver are 100% safe to use on your Instagram, Facebook, website, or any other platform.

We only work with:

  • Photos you send us directly

  • Content already published on your official business profiles (like Instagram, Facebook, or Google reviews)

  • User-generated content (UGC) from your customers — only if it's already public and clearly tagged to your brand

If there’s ever any uncertainty, we’ll always ask for your permission first before using a photo or visual — just to be safe.
We never use random stock images or pull content from sources that aren’t verified or approved by you.

Will the content eventually run out?How would you post our new menu items?

Nope — content won’t run out as long as your restaurant’s alive and kicking. We keep things fresh by using your latest tagged photos, reviews, team snaps, or anything you send us (even iPhone pics of new dishes).

Got a new menu item? Just snap it, send it, and we’ll do the rest.

And if things ever feel a bit quiet, you can always have your staff gently encourage customers to leave a quick review with a photo at the end of their meal — nothing fancy, just a cheeky snap

We already have a photographer or content team — why would we need your service?

Great question! What we offer isn’t meant to replace your photographer or content team — it’s designed to complement what they’re doing.

  • It’s fast and cost-effective — no need to schedule photo shoots, prep dishes, or take up your team’s time.

Many of the restaurants we work with do have photographers — they just like having an additional, low-effort way to keep their social media feed active, engaging, and consistent.

How do you use the AI?

We do use it in a very minimal way. It’s mainly for cleanup and transformation — refining colours, sharpening details, or enhancing textures. You won’t notice it, as our process and prompts are designed to make everything look completely natural and hyper-realistic. The real work comes from our professional editing and creative direction, ensuring your content looks authentic, polished, and on-brand.
